About Our Crystals
Are your crystals natural?
Yes! We sell natural crystals, each with its own unique colours, patterns and features. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Will my crystal look exactly like the photos?
Every crystal is unique, so colours, patterns and shapes can vary. We do our best to show each piece as accurately as possible.
How do I choose the right crystal?
Choose a crystal you love! You might be drawn to its colour, shape, or the meaning traditionally associated with it.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship within New Zealand and to Australia! Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Orders within New Zealand usually arrive within 1–4 business days, while orders to Australia typically take 3–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and available shipping options.
Can I track my order?
Your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll help you sort it out.
