SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Christchurch studio the same day your order is placed (for orders received before 12pm NZST). Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We offer the following shipping options for New Zealand orders:
- Standard Tracked Shipping: $7.95 NZD — estimated delivery 2–5 business days
- Rural Delivery: $13.00 NZD — estimated delivery 2–5 business days (rural addresses may take slightly longer)
- Free Shipping on orders over $150 NZD — automatically applied at checkout
All domestic orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.
International Shipping
Australia
- Standard Tracked Shipping: $23.00 NZD — estimated delivery 7–14 business days
- Free Shipping on orders over $250 NZD — automatically applied at checkout
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Please Note Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or peak periods. Divine Crystals is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
