Return & Refund Policy

Due to the natural formation of crystals, variations in colour, shape, inclusions, markings, or texture are normal and part of their unique beauty. For this reason, returns cannot be accepted based on natural crystal characteristics or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us following the returns procedure below.

Please notify us of any issue requiring a refund within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be sent back within 7 working days of confirmation.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method as soon as possible. Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.

Divine Crystals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging items securely, clearly marked as FRAGILE.
